Daniel Moezzi, DVM
Medical Director
Dr. Moezzi is an emergency and critical care trained veterinarian. He received his DVM degree at Colorado State University and internship training at Arizona Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Center in Gilbert, Arizona. He enjoys the diversity of emergency cases and connecting with clients about their pets to help them understand the diagnosis. He truly values providing treatment options and delivering the unique needs of each case. He spends his free time with his wife and husky, Kiwi, exploring the outdoors that our great state has to offer.
Carmen Perez, DVM
Urgent Care Veterinarian
Dr. Perez is a born and raised Phoenician. She left Arizona briefly to attend the Louisiana School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2009. There she became a devoted LSU fan, Geaux Tigers! She has practiced emergency medicine in the valley for the past 15 years. She enjoys working with her patients and owners to strengthen the human animal bond. She also loves teaching and encouraging the next generation of veterinarians. Dr. Perez spends her free time at home with her 3 kids, 3 dogs, 3 cats and husband or her favorite place, Disneyland.
Dr. Amy Roth DVM, DACVR
Dr. Roth is our board-certified radiologist. She provides all imaging services for Urgent Petcare.
Roman Savicky, DVM, DACVS-SA
Roman Savicky, DVM, DACVS-SA was born and raised in Arizona, and after many years away for training, he is excited to return home. After graduating from ASU and being accepted into veterinary school at CSU, Dr. Savicky realized his passion for surgery. Following completion of his internship, Dr. Savicky completed a second one-year, more specialized internship in small animal surgery at the prestigious Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists, in Houston, TX. After completion of his surgical internship, Dr. Savicky accepted a three-year small animal surgical residency.
During his residency, Dr. Savicky was exposed to a high volume of state-of-the-art orthopedic, soft tissue, and neurologic surgical procedures. After completion of his residency, Dr. Savicky passed the rigorous American College of Veterinary Surgery Boards testing to become a Diplomate in the American College of Veterinary Surgeons, Small Animal (DACVS-SA).
When not at work, Dr. Savicky enjoys time with his wife, as well as his Pugs, Henry and Lucy. Dr. Savicky also has a passion for travel, sports, and scuba diving.
